Abstract: | Management training and education has become a big business. Along with the growth, executive education is undergoing a series of revolutions from which a new vocabulary is emerging. The term executive education implies a much more sophisticated approach than management training. Almost every organization is trying to create leaders who are capable of helping the corporation shape a more positive future. Changes are apparent in following areas: the role and nature of participants; program design; purpose; period focus; key players; form vs. content; place. |
