| Abstract: | China has carried out the major reform of the original foreign trade system in order to adapt to the demand of GATT. And the reform of import system is the important content of the overall reform. Its orientation of reform is to establish finally a new unified and high-efficient import system with the economic leverages like tariff and exchange rate as the main means, supplemented by anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and guarantee measures and regulations, the method of protecting young industries in line with the regulations of WTO. |
