| Abstract: | suggestions on the commercial reform and development in China during the five-year Plan period are as follows: 1. changing concept, re-recognising the function of publicly-operated commerce and grasping correctly the characteristics of commercial circulation during the period of transformation, 2. establishing a new wholesale system and invigorating the state-owned whole sale enterprises, 3. accelerating the reform of retail trading system to make it conform to the main development trends of modern retail trading, 4.making great efforts to diversify the modes of operation, 5.speeding up the process of reform of commercial enterprises and the establishment of modern corporate system , 6. establishing the main channel of China's rural commercial development and strengthening the reform of circulation system of farm products. etc. |
