| Abstract: | This paper holds that state-owned enterprises should introduce modern enterprises' management mechanism which regards man as the foundation. To this end, it expresses the following ideas: establishing a good mechanism of organization and leadership; strengthening the mechanism of fostering the quality of enterprises' leaders; establishing the scientific mechanism of management of staff and workers; forming the management and operation mechanism of modern enterprises with man as the foundation; establishing the effective mechanism of management of resource supplies and product customers. |
