| Abstract: | With an eye to the shift of economic growth mode, we should reform the system of finance and taxation management, straighten out distribution relationship and perfect financial functions in terms of financial work. To promote such a shift, we must study and formulate the financial policies tilting to the basic industries and infrastructure, ones of accelerating the development of SCI-tech and education and ones of establishing enterprises' new mechanism of business operation. Moreover, we have to shift the financial operational mechanism and reestablish the mechanism for balance between revenue and expenditure. Besides, we must shift the modes of managing money matters in an all-round way in order to adapt to the shift of economic growth mode. |
