| Abstract: | Shenzhen's main experiences in reform of state-owned enterprises are as follows: combining closely deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises with adjusting structure in a bid to invigorate the state-owned economy as a whole; straightening out the property right relationship of state-owned enterprises with establishing and perfecting the management, supervision and operation systems of state-owned assets as the breakthrough point in an effort to realize the separation of the functions of the government and enterprises; reforming the leading system and perfecting the governing structure of corporate enterprises; establishing and perfecting social security system. We can the following enlightenment from it: emancipating the mind and being bold in exploration; studying theory to guide practice; conducting the reforms in other aspects, etc. |
