| Abstract: | This paper addresses an interesting research question: how a comprehensive model of integrated learning and work can be conceptualized. The study attempts to combine explicit and tacit forms of knowledge with theory and practice modes of learning. The individual level and the collective level are bound together by a dynamic knowledge development. The paper offers an outlook and orientation for future studies on a theory of work-based learning. |
