| Abstract: | The generation of laid-off population is inevitable in the development of reform of enterprises. But there exist many barriers to the re-employment of laid-off population. Some people concerned and scholars once raised such measures as energetically developing economy to provide more employment posts, changing the laid-off workers' concept of choosing jobs and strengthening the training of laid-off workers. After reflections on these measures, the author considers that as economic development is a progressive course and is governed by economic law, we can not reach the goal in one step and instead, we should think how to create new posts under the present level. |
