| Abstract: | Share-holding system is an organizational mode of property, used by stock right-type joint ventures while joint-stock partnership system, in nature, belongs to joint-stock system of cooperative economy, which absorbs some practice in share-holding system on the basis of labour cooperation. In the share-holding system with capital cooperation as basis, the voting form of "one stock one ticket" is adopted while the voting form of "one person, one ticket" in the joint-stock partnership system. The labourers in the enterprises practising joint stock partnership system have equal rights. |
