| Abstract: | The 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the implementation of strategic reorganization of state-owned enterprises. This is an significant move in the course of reformation of micro economic basis in China. The framework for its implementation includes the following matters: 1. assets optimization and industrial structural adjustment, 2. integration with the world market and world competition, 3. economy of scale, specialized division of work and internal integration, 4. modern enterprise system and management system, 5. bad claim banks and their role in reorganization of enterprises, 6. capital operation and capital market, 7. intermediary institutions and service 8. interest adjustment and coordination, 9. cultural conflict and mergence. |
