| Abstract: | The joint-stock partnership system which is under development in urban and rural areas in China is the realistic option of collective and small state-owned enterprises in reform of property rights. In the cities and towns in the provinces including Liaoning, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong and Henan, the joint-stock partnership system is regarded as a new form for materializing public ownership, which can develop harmoniously with the existing 5 economic systems of enterprises. It should be characterized by organic unification of capital cooperation and labour cooperation, combination of labour democracy with share democracy, both profit and mutual aid, and coexistence of distribution according to work and distribution according to capital. |
