| Abstract: | Facing the challenge of knowledge economy, China has taken cultivating and developing knowledge economy as the strategic core of economic and social development in the future. Therefore, we should implement the strategy of rejurenating the country by developing science and education ,which will provide sustained driving force for the national development, under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's theory of "science and technology are the primary productive force". Stress will be put on the increase of sci-tech contents in the major industries and farewell to the backward mode of production. Under the guidance of industrial policy, the state should adhere to the principle of "seeking the high and the new", make scientific lay out and start in advance. Moreover, it should attach importance to human capital and the improvement of labourers' quality. |
