Abstract:Strengthening the building of the leading teams of state-owned enterprises and training and bringing up a large batch of excellent leaders of enterprises are of vital importance to the success or failure of reform of state-owned enterprises. But the present leading teams and contingent of leaders of enterprises can not suit the need of development of socialist market economy to a great extent. There also exist such problems as weakening incentive mechanism, softening restraint mechanism and low degree of marketization due to the fact that the reform of leader-selecting system lags behind that of economic system as a whole. To solve them, we should strengthen the building of the leading teams, establish market-guided leader-selecting and appointing mechanism and interest- driven incentive mechanism, etc.
