| Abstract: | Translation of science and technology as knowledge formation into practical productive forces as material formation needs certain conditions such as material and technological conditions, scientists and technicians, the coordination of three links--scientific research, trial production and batch production, and the ability of digesting and transforming the introduced sci-tech achievements and forming a complete system. To promote the translation, we should 1. establish and perfect the technological innovation system of enterprises, which includes shifting the main subject investing in technological progress from the government to enterprises and strengthening the construction of engineering and technology research centre, productive force promotion centre and industrial technology development centre; 2. increase input in the translation and so on. |
