| Abstract: | Knowledge economy may exert influence on the production, business operation and management of enterprises, which include enterprises' assets, production, existence, business decision and structural adjustment. The effective knowledge management may accelerate the innovation of products and processing method, reduce the cost of innovation and help compete with opponents. To realize the effective knowledge management, we should have an effective system arrangement and set up a department specializing in knowledge management in order to conduct knowledge management comprehensively. |
