| Abstract: | Recent research has revealed that social dialogue in the banking and insurance sectors across Europe can play key role in meeting the challenges posed by restructuring. With high unionisation rates and productive bargaining in most countries, banks and insurance companies are resolving issues such as pay flexibility, regrading, flexible working hours, overstaffing. In thís feature, these issues are examined. |
