| Abstract: | The general principle for carrying out the institutional transition, which is advantageous to the development of the domestic tourism, is "to open the front door and block the back door", to lead the development of the domestic tourism from the current situation of excessive reliance on public money for consumption to the pattern of promoting its development by means of private consumption predominantly. That is to say, the government is responsible for publishing the annual vacation system for public officers. Government officials are entitled to a vacation with pay which lasts from 7 to 14 days. Assuming the annual consumption on tourism per capita to be RMB 2500, the consumption potential activated will at least reach RMB 300 billion. |
