Abstract:The survey results show the following: The managers and administrators are a contingent with the middle-aged and young people as the main force. They came from the grassroots units of enterprises and near half of them have managed more than two enterprises. They think that their own income is slightly lower than the middle-level income. Many of them graduated from universities or colleges of science and engineering but most of them haven't received the formal schooling education. They think that "entrepreneurs' spirit" means seeking maximal profits, being brave in innovation and happy to make devotion and they are confident of their own leading ability. They consider that they are strong in policy decision, management and making use of personnel but weak in public relations, market business and marketing, expression and innovation.
