| Abstract: | To promote the reform and development of Chinese enterprises , we should attach importance to the management of invisible assets, especially pay attention to the function of invisible assets in human capital. On the one hand it can promote China's reform of enterprises and innovation of system and on the other hand it may raise the modernized management level of enterprises. To this end, we should have a new understanding of enterprises' human capital which we should increase investment in, attach importance to the function of invisible assets in asset re-organization and capital business, formulate scientifically enterprises' image and brand strategies and prevent the drain of enterprises' invisible assets to ensure the value preservation and increment to the overall assets and promote enterprises' development. |
