Abstract:The processing trade, which has already been developed, forms a demand market of intermediate input goods which concentrates on electronics, light industry and textile. This market is of large scale and the transportation distance between the market and potential suppliers is short. It faces demands from middle and upper reaches of industries and its final products are sold on the international market. As long as we adroitly guide action according to circumstances and infiltrate domestic enterprises' products to this market, we can use the processing trade pattern as a carrier, bring middle and upper reaches of industries to the international market and participate in the international division of labour and the international competition.
