| Abstract: | By the end of this century, it's hard to realize the goal laid down by China and Russia in 1996, namely the realization of $20 billion trade volume up to the year 2000. Currently, the general characters between China and Russia surpass their differences. The latent potentialities of mutual investment in recent years is not strong. The possibilities in providing each other with advanced technologies and techniques are limited. The situation of the unitary structure of imports and exports is hard to be changed in a short run. Managerial level of both sides is backward and the market mechanism is far from perfectness. |
