| Abstract: | According to the analysis to the features and conditions of the current economy's starting, it is predicted that in 1998 the seasonal economic growth rate tends to improve smoothly. Given that the GDP growth rate of the whole year amounts to 8%, then under the condition of a 7.2% growth rate in the first season, that of the second season should be 7.8% (accumulatively about 7.5% from january to june), that of the third by 8.3% (accumulatively about 7.77% from january to september), and the fourth be 8.5% (accumulatively about 8.02%). So by controlling the regulating strength correctly, the economic growth rate of the whole year may be from 8% to 8.5%. |
