| Abstract: | In 1997, the amount of our national chemical fiber production was 422 ten thousand tons, the use ratio up to 52% around. But in recent years, the controdiction in the chemical fiber industry has been obvious increasingly. There exists a small-and-loose situation, the exploiting ability is poor and the market competivity is weak. Just in 1995 when our nation laid down the chemical fiber industrial policies, it already realized fully that it was urgent to resolve its own structural controdiction on the present basis and to readjust the structure with large enterprises as the mainstay. The task consisted of readjusting the raw material structure, the enterprises' organization, the capital structure the chemical fiber product structure and the technological structure. |
