| Abstract: | Many firms have become interested in option pricing instead of decision analysis in evaluating investements. This article gives an introduction to option pricing methods, and examines how they relate to and can be intergated with decision analysis methods. Some real life examples are given on using these methods to appraise oil and gas investments. |
