| Abstract: | The evolution from traditional management to modern management was manifested as a step-by-step progress for several decades in foreign countries and a sudden change in China. And a serious of important talks by Deng Xiaoping when he was hosting the Central Government's work in 1975 had made a solid foundation for the formation of the idea of modern management. The management idea proposed by Xiaoping in this period is represented in the following 5 aspects:(1)idea of humanism management;(2)idea of comprehensive quality management; (3)idea of technique priority;(4)idea of large market business;(5)idea of management producing benefit. To deeply research on Deng Xiaoping's idea in this period still has important theoretical and practical significance at present. |
