Abstract:The decision of granting some private enterprises the right to import and export is positively effective in making this year's foreign trade export rise again and promoting the benign development of a great number of private enterprises and institutes. This article mainly analyzes the necessity of this policy with its internal and external economic background as the starting point. Its short-term and middle-term effects are considered in following aspects: the situation of supply and demand in international market and the feature of flexibility of our exported goods; the consequent unbalance of regional development and the possible countermeasures; the responses from private enterprises and the change of operating strategy and modes; the measures expected to be considered by the related departments of supervision, control and management.
