| Abstract: | We advocate implementing an active and less limited financial policy. But it doesn't mean that we may use comprehensively expansionary financial policy. Starting the comprehensively expansionary financial policy hastily will possibly make the irrational economic structure more irrational and also intensify the in-depth contradiction in the economic life. The current realistic option in financial policy is to optimize the structure of expenditure, focusing on the aggregate fine turning. |
