Abstract: | Overheated investment will certainly lead to overheated economy which will certainly bring great fluctuation in economy, thus producing great negative effect. After reviewing the state of China's economic operation since 1949, we can find that China's economy has undergone roughly nine development cycles and in every cycle the lesson of overheated investment is found. The investment in infrastructure should aim at increasing return on investment and duplication in construction and economic bubble should be prevented. At the same time, the reform of investment and financing system and process of legislation in this field should be accelerated to ensure the efficiency of investment and return on it. |
