Abstract: | To shift from the external demand to the internal demand and adjut the strategy of economic and social development is China's long-term development orientation. To start the internal demand means to bring along private investment with the government's investment and make up a consumption fault by adjusting social policy. To do so, we need to deepen reform and adjust economic and social structure. The train of thought on strating the internal demand is as follows: accelerating rural urbanization by using China's 1500 billion as the key link within 5 years to come; lowering prices to start residents' demand for houses and cars; transferring some state-owned asset stock into social security funds which are put on stock market. |
