| Abstract: | In recent years, new attempts have been made in the reform of state-owned enterprises. There are both successful experiences as well as problems. This essay discusses several problems concerning the reform of state-owned enterprises. The author believes:(1)Implementation of stock system is a correct choice and it is an organizational form to strengthen enterprises' vitality. Advantages of stock enterprises are obvious. (2)The adjustment of ownership structure must be combined with the adjustment of economic structure. The nation as a whole should carry out asset reshuffle and optimization of capital structure.(3) Scientific assessment of property is an essential condition to guarantee the smooth implementation of stock system reform.(4)supporting reforms should be followed. |
