| Abstract: | The development of world economy towards high technology promotes the continuous upgrading of industrial structure, but it also causes the global problem of structural unemployment. "The two fundamental transformations" being carried out in China and a great quantity of institutional unemployment and structural unemployment are specific regional embodiments of international employment problem. To solve China's problem of" unemployment and reemployment", we must start from the main development trend of modern world market economy and China's basic conditions, observe the times and judge the occasion, take the whole situation into account, handle and solve problems properly be making use of means of market economy. |
