| Abstract: | In order to promote the sustained development of China's market economy, it is really an urgent matter to step up efforts to resolve the problems of funds shortage, inventory overstocked commodities, and " tripartite debts". In the article the author pushes forward a new solution, to establish the barter exchange. Through opening up the barter circulation channel , we can promote effective resources allocation and reasonable allocate and transport, which is beneficial to the establishment of fair competition market, internationalization of the commodity market and perfection of the present market system. |
