| Abstract: | The governmental actions play an important role in the enterprise technical innovations in following three sectors: direct-investment in the course of the enterprise technical innovations in order to guide and encourage the enterprise technical innovations; setting up relative law and statue and straighten out the relationship between the tax and credit system in order to promote indirectively enterprise technical innovations; guiding the better managementand service in order to promote comprehensive enterprise technical innovations. |
