| Abstract: | The development of process trade is a strategic measure in the long-term in China. The policy of process trade shouldn't be regulated in the short time for pulling social demand, keep import and make currency stable. There are not only general but also special problems, which show the higher tariff and more measures of non-tariff. The development of process trade in Shenzhen shows that it shouldn't be regulated too much the process trade policy,the government can use the control way, make the policy to assist the changes and develop process trade with effective supervisor. |
