| Abstract: | Firstly, issues of small and medium sized enterprises on financing should be resolved well. It is necessary to exploit financing channels, to set incentive mechanism and mobilize financial institutions' enthusiasm for credit. Secondly, consolidate market order, and establish perfect market transaction rules and competitive rules. Thirdly, ease the burden on small and medium sized enterprises in deed. Last, improve the social services of government and other social organizations for small and medium sized enterprises. |
