Abstract:This analysis of activity-based management (ABM) provides information about activity efficiency and product profit maximization opportunities, and even provided some strategic directions. This study proves that ABM can be an effective approach for providing dealers with the level of accuracy and meaningful performance metrices needed to identify and capture hidden value.
