| Abstract: | Physical distribution here refers to social, enterprise and comprehensive distribution. Shenzhen should focus on the latter when it's planned to set up a regional physical distribution center. It should be aware that in modern physical distribution system, market is the basis, enterprises are the main body and the government is the provider of infrastructure and the safeguard for normal operational order. The introduction of the concept of and the modernization of physical distribution act as a breakthrough to fundamentally change the circulation system and to bring about the integration of circulation channels both vertically and horizontally. As a result, the "third profit source" of national economy will come into being with the lowest cost and the highest return of physical distribution. |
