| Abstract: | The characteristics of bank's bad asset in China is that bad asset has a large scale and need fund resources to check up But poor financial basis, underdeveloped capital market, too small scale of stock market, unstable market economic rule and imperfect legal system decide it need to check the root and enforce budget restriction on corporations and banks, and make check up bad account with corporation reform and bank commercialization together. |
