| Abstract: | In carrying on the adjustment of industrial structures, the attention should be paid to both the establishment of big competitive enterprises, groups, industries and some labour-intensive enterprises and industries which are of stronger competition. The emphasis should be laid on enriching their scientific and technological content and realizing their advantage complementarity. Some young industries should raise their scale effect, thus becoming strong ones while some mature manufacture sections must from their superiority in manufacturing technology and develop new products, work techniques and functions. |
