| Abstract: | Knowledge economic age indeed provide new opportunities for the undeveloped countries, on one hand explore knowledge resources and develop knowledge industry, on the other hand accelerate industrialization with industrial regulation of the developed countries. However, some undeveloped countries with good basis have more development opportunities, and the most undeveloped countries will face to great challenge. The undeveloped countries united together to build up new international and economical orders, and common get knowledge economical benefits. |
