| Abstract: | The paper tries to observe China's non-government audit system with some relative theories in modern economics, discusses oriental of non-government audit system, which is an important composition of corporations' outer management structure. The author points out polical suggestion about main encouragement mechanism---audit fee system of non-government audit, analyzes entrust-agent relation of non-government audit with entrust-agent theory. |
