| Abstract: | The strategies regarding grasping the opportunities to propel the structural adjustment of textile industry in three steps are as follows: 1. To optimize industrial structure to propel sound distribution of textile industry; 2. To perfect capital structure in order to promote its proper operation, implementing the strong united with the strong, and insisting on the strong complementing the weak, and strengthening the large consolidating the small, and widening the financing channels;3. To consummate organizational structure to prompt scientific management on textile enterprises,a nd organize enterprise groups, and that, activate medium-and small-sized enterprises, but constrain enterprises in inferior position. |
