| Abstract: | This paper addresses on how to nurture externally acquired small technology-based firms. There are illustrative examples provided by 2 large Swedish firms, Saab Scania and Perstorp. The paper discusses the differences btw. the two organizations, as well as the resulting performance of the externally acquired firms. |
