| Abstract: | The article aims to facilitate an informed understanding, for Russians as well as outsiders, of the way Russians approach leadership style and organizational practices. The need for this understanding is two fold: (1) This kind of awareness is important in light of the deep restructuring now occurring in the Russian society. (2). There has been an explosion of East-West strategic alliances, joint ventures, acquisitions and start-ups in what was the former Soviet Union. |
