Abstract:Faced with drastic downsizing and reorganization, Bezeq launched a strong knowledge management program to support the company's cultural change and maintain its role as a leader in Israel's telecommunications market. The paper also outlines the planning and implementation strategies for establishing a knowledge management (KM) program within the context of Israel's national telecommunications provider Bezec. The author considers the business case for the effort and details of a KM program consisting of division and departmental activities. The author also pays an attention to the sources of information on transformation leadership.
