| Abstract: | With over 120000 employees and offices in 44 countries worldwide, EDS has a great deal of intellectual capital. At the start of the company's Intellectual Asset Management initiative, people thought that much of the intellectual assets were unaccounted for and under-utilized. Here it is discussed, what they found and the lessons they learned. |
