| Abstract: | The authors conducted a survey on information systems designers from the United States of America, Japan and Korea to investigate possible similarities and differences in the views of the IS designers on two IS risk factors, different types of IS failure and the overall failure rate on IS projects. The results were discussed in terms of the importance of national differences in technology development and national culture. |
