Abstract:The move to market-led approaches has been accepted in university level education. There is a need to focus on the customer's view of quality. This study analyzes customer satisfaction and factors affecting the demand for continuing education, based on data from managers having studied in the MBA programme. The evidence indicates that with the 1st decision to participate in continuing education, the image of the MBA programme and the education centre is important to the customer organization. On the other hand marketing communication creating expectations is important to experienced students to continue lifelong learning.
