| Abstract: | Foreign investors in Russia must learn to navigate the social and political complexities of business in the region. Russian companies can be categorised according to how they relate to the public sector, the labour force and other companies. Three critical dimensions can be found: the degree (hereafter as: dg.) of communist legacies in problem-solving, the dg. of linkage to the local society and the dg. to which the companys problem-solving affects the community. |
