Abstract: | This article examines theoretical and methodological issues surrounding the use of incentives in online access panels. Two experiments are introduced : the first experiment concerns three different types of promised incentives. The second experiment concerns a non-profit-panel. The author´s give recommendations for employing incentives in online access panels based on a cost-benefit analysis. |
